I’m currently studying art + social practice at portland state university. Who knew grad school is a wild ride!

I’m still trying to figure out with my practice is really all about, but I am thinking about safety, vulnerability, art as a way to move through hard times, and conflict. I also like to make things out of paper, metal, and found objects. I’m a little cheesy. Some might call it didactic!

Outside of school I organize a reproductive justice-focused online space which shall not be named in this political moment (and that’s on compartmentalization). I was a sex ed teacher for ten years in Chicago and New Orleans, an organizer in anti-surveillance and anti-zionist movements, and i’m a trained conflict mediator.

i’m very interested in talking through conflicts - let me know about yours here. i also facilitate workshops on topics like disagreement, digital security, and singing.
